**Resident Advertising Agreement**

**1. Introduction** 

This agreement sets out the terms under which residents of Peacehaven Parks may advertise their park homes for sale on the official park website at no cost.

**2. Eligibility** 

- The advertiser must be a current resident of Peacehaven Parks. 

- The advertisement must relate to a park home located within the park. 

**3. Content Requirements** 

We suggest residents provide the following details for their listing: 

- Park home make and model 

- Year of manufacture 

- Number of bedrooms and bathrooms 

- Condition and recent upgrades 

- Pitch location within the park 

- Selling price (if applicable) 

- Contact details for inquiries 

- We suggest you take your own images of the interior and exterior, as we will only provide one exterior photo. 

**Suggestions to Help Describe Your Advert for Potential Buyers:** 

- Highlight any recent renovations or improvements (e.g., new kitchen, updated heating, fresh paint). 

- Mention any included appliances or furnishings. 

- Describe the surrounding area and community benefits. 

- Detail any unique features of your home (e.g., bay windows, decking, garden space). 

- Provide a brief reason for selling (optional, e.g., relocating, upgrading). 

**4. Resident Contact Information Requirement** 

To submit an advertisement, residents must provide the following contact details: 

- Full name 

- Home address within the park 

- Phone number 

- Email address 

These details will be used for verification purposes. At least one contact method (phone or email) must be displayed in the advert, as park management will not handle inquiries beyond passing them along to the resident.

**5. Technical Requirements** 

- Text descriptions should be clear and accurate. 

- Any additional files (e.g., floor plans) must be in PDF format. 

**6. Duration and Updates** 

- Advertisements will remain live as long as requested by the resident. 

- However, park management retains the right to remove any advertisement at its discretion. 

- Residents may update or remove their listing by contacting [website contact details]. 

**7. Prohibited Content** 

Advertisements must not contain: 

- False or misleading information 

- Offensive language or images 

- External links to unrelated websites 

**8. Liability** 

The park management provides this service as a courtesy and is not responsible for any disputes, inaccuracies, or issues arising from the advertisement. 

By signing this doccument, the resident agrees to the above terms.
